Seperti Gadis Belia Secara Alami


Jung Da Yeon adalah seorang ibu yang mempunyai 2 orang anak dari Korea Selatan yang pernah memiliki berat badan seberat 70 kg. Suatu hari dia membuat keputusan untuk mengubah hidupnya. Dia melakukan diet ketat dan rajin olahraga senam aerobik. Hanya dalam 3 bulan, dia berhasil membuang berat badannya sebanyak 20 kg.

Hal inilah yang membuatnya tenar di Korea dengan sebutan momjjang ajumma atau seorang ibu dengan penampilan yang berubah drastis karena perubahan fisiknya yang ekstrem dan membuatnya terlihat jauh lebih muda dari umurnya sekarang (46 tahun).

Karena keberhasilannya ini, ia diundang wawancara oleh stasiun televisi Jepang, NHK setelah dia memicu “momjjang syndrome” di seantero Korea. Dan oleh karena pencapaiannya ini, sekarang dia sudah menjadi instruktur fitness dan aerobik paling terkenal di Asia dan rajin mnerbitkan buku dan video aerobik serta fitnessnya.

Benar-benar luar biasa, dan siapa yang mengira kalau dia sebenarnya berusia 46 tahun?
